With 118 beds and more than 400 physicians on its medical staff, Pali Momi Medical Center offers a full range of services for the communities of Central and West O'ahu. The hospital has delivered many medical firsts for the community, including Central and West O'ahu’s only interventional cardiac catheterization unit to detect and treat heart disease, a fully integrated minimally invasive surgical suite, a comprehensive women’s center, CT scan and MRI services, and the state’s first retina center. Pali Momi is the only facility in Hawai'i that uses a team triage approach in its emergency room, where patients are promptly evaluated by an emergency physician.
As the VP of Hospital Operations, you will provide strategic direction, planning, and leadership to assigned nursing or non-nursing, clinical and community service-related operational areas at Pali Momi Medical Center. In this role, you will implement initiatives to develop and enhance assigned clinical service lines. You will formulate initiatives to address the developing needs of the community, changing trends in healthcare, and advance the organization's mission, goal, and vision. In this role, you will provide guidance to ensure that assigned areas within the medical centers and clinics provide the highest quality, most cost-effective healthcare possible and that operations are in compliance with the Joint Commission guidelines as well as federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

**Minimum Qualifications:** Master's Degree in Business or healthcare related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Extensive managerial experience in hospital operations with a strong background in assigned areas of responsibility. Strong experience and knowledge in strategic planning and community relations.
**Preferred Qualifications:** Previous healthcare management experience preferred.
