    Be the Driving Force Behind Mission-Critical Programs

     

    PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a dynamic **Project Lead** to support the **A220** and **E190-E2** program offices, specifically managing nacelle components for the **PW1500** and **PW1900** engines. In this high-impact role, you'll lead cross-functional teams to deliver critical engine components— **exhaust systems and engine mounts** —on time, on budget, and with uncompromising quality.

     

    You won’t just be managing projects—you’ll be shaping the success of next-generation aircraft by driving operational excellence, process efficiency, and strategic coordination across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain functions.

    What You’ll Do – Day-to-Day Responsibilities

    + **Lead cross-functional teams** including supply chain, engineering, and manufacturing to deliver nacelle components for the PW1500 and PW1900 programs

    + Act as a key **interface between internal teams and external customers** , ensuring alignment on program priorities and deliverables

    + Drive **cost, schedule, and performance accountability** for assigned components

    + Use **CORE and lean tools** to implement process improvements, reduce waste, and increase producibility

    + Support **sustaining operations** , supply chain continuity, and execution of continuous improvement (CI) initiatives

    + Identify and manage program **risks and issues** , proactively working to resolve roadblocks to success

    + Engage in and help implement **key program processes** that enable communication, coordination, and execution across the organization

     

    Who You Are – Required & Preferred Qualifications

    Required:

    + Proven experience leading **cross-functional teams** in an engineering or manufacturing environment

    + Strong understanding of **program management fundamentals** , including cost, schedule, and quality

    + Demonstrated ability to use **Lean/CI tools** to improve operations

    + Excellent communication and leadership skills with experience interfacing directly with customers

    + Ability to work independently with limited oversight

    Preferred:

    + Background in **aerospace or defense programs** , particularly with nacelle or propulsion systems

    + Experience with **supply chain coordination** and manufacturing support

    + Familiarity with **CORE** (Customer-Oriented Results and Excellence) operating systems or similar lean methodologies

    + Knowledge of **engine component design** , producibility, or sustaining operations

    **Pay Details:** $55.79 per hour
