**PDS Tech Commercial** is seeking detail-oriented and mechanically inclined individuals to join our team as **Assembers** . This role is essential to ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

About the Role

As an **Assembler,** you will play a vital role in assembling, testing, and calibrating fabricated parts and mechanisms. Your work ensures that each unit meets strict tolerances and product specifications, contributing directly to the reliability and excellence of our offerings.

You’ll Do

+ Assemble fabricated parts at designated floor stations using hand and power tools.

+ Test and calibrate components to meet product specifications and tolerances.

+ Identify and repair units that do not meet quality standards.

+ Follow detailed instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform tasks.

+ Operate within a supervised environment, reporting to a supervisor or manager.

+ Maintain safety standards while working around machinery and moderate industrial exposures.

Qualifications

Required:

+ 0–2 years of experience in assembly or a related field.

+ Familiarity with commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures in the field.

+ Ability to follow instructions and work within established guidelines.

Preferred:

+ Completion of an apprenticeship or formal training in a relevant specialty.

+ Experience operating powered industrial trucks or similar equipment.

**Pay Details:** $18.65 per hour
