Job Type: **Contract (6 months Plus)**

Schedule: **Monday- Friday; First Shift 7:30AM-3:30PM**

Pay Rate: **$45.75 to $56.00 per hour**

Summary:

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a **Support Engineering Data Specialist** in Ridley Park, PA. In this role, you’ll play a key part in developing, analyzing, and managing critical technical data that supports the maintenance, reliability, and operational readiness of aerospace systems. Your work will directly impact the performance and lifecycle of complex aircraft systems, ensuring mission success and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do:

+ Develop, analyze, and maintain various system support technical data elements and specifications to evaluate system performance and supportability.

+ Provide recommendations on product supportability and establish maintenance tasks, required resources, and support systems to achieve supportability requirements.

+ Identify and analyze logistics support candidates based on product definitions; develop and maintain Logistics Support Analysis (LSA) records and reports.

+ Determine spares provisioning requirements for spare and replacement parts, including stocking levels for multiple customers under a single contract.

+ Prepare, review, and maintain technical documentation for the operation, testing, and maintenance of aircraft systems and components.

+ Evaluate aircraft and fleet operational performance, reliability, and availability for assigned customers, aircraft types, and system specialties.

+ Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and supply chain teams to improve product lifecycle support and performance.

Required Qualifications & Hard Skills:

+ Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.

+ Minimum **5 years of aircraft maintenance or aircraft avionics experience** .

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills:

+ Experience with **SLICWAVE** .

+ Familiarity with **MIL-STD-1388B** and **GEIA-0007B** standards.

+ Knowledge of **IETM** (Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals).

+ Experience developing **LSAR** (Logistics Support Analysis Records).

+ Technical writing and documentation skills.

+ Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.

_(OR Master’s with 4 years, OR 10 years of related work experience in lieu of degree)_ .

+ **Must be eligible to obtain a Security Clearance.**

**Pay Details:** $45.75 to $56.00 per hour
