Job Description
Mobile Building Engineer with strong commercial HVAC experience to support multiple properties across the Greenville, SC area. This role requires a dependable professional who can work independently, troubleshoot building systems, and ensure facilities are operating efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Perform routine and emergency maintenance on HVAC systems across multiple commercial buildings.
+ Diagnose and repair issues related to heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration.
+ Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems.
+ Respond to service requests and resolve issues in a timely manner.
+ Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
+ Communicate effectively with property managers and tenants.
+ Travel between assigned properties as needed.
Requirements:
+ Proven experience with commercial HVAC systems.
+ EPA certification required (for handling refrigerants).
+ Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
+ Ability to travel between multiple sites in the Greenville, SC area.
+ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
+ Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Additional certifications in building systems or HVAC.
+ Experience with building automation systems (BAS).
+ Familiarity with general building maintenance (electrical, plumbing, etc.).
