    ALL SOURCE ANALYST – SENIOR

    Overview

    Provides advanced all-source analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues. Supports collection, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence requirements, contributing to decision-making at operational and strategic levels.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Conduct all-source analysis using information from multiple intelligence disciplines to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain regional or functional security developments.

    + Provide analytic support to collection, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence requirements.

    + Update objects of interest within the Common Intelligence Picture (CIP) using advanced tactical data processors and Object Management Services (OMS).

    + Deliver near-real-time Indications & Warning to USCENTCOM leadership during routine, crisis, and kinetic operations.

    + Provide Essential Elements of Information (EEI) and Requests for Information (RFI) inputs directly to USCENTCOM J2 and Commanders.

    + Produce advanced analytic assessments and time-sensitive responses to a wide range of operational intelligence requirements.

    Minimum Qualifications

    + Clearance: Current Top Secret/SCI with active Counterintelligence Polygraph

    + Education/Experience: Meets all qualifications and skills of a Mid-level Analyst, plus extensive senior-level expertise. Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, including some within the last 2 years.

    + Training/Certification: Master’s degree in a related field from an accredited institution, or a Bachelor's degree plus an additional 5 years of senior-level experience (totaling 17 years) as a substitute for the Master’s degree.

    Compensation & Benefits

    Salary Range: $120,000 – $135,000 per year. Final compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, internal equity, and market data.     + Travel: Yes – occasional travel as required.

    + Work Environment: On-site at Tampa, FL; not remote.
