    Ricart Buick GMC Chevrolet, part of the Ricart Automotive family, is looking for a motivated Detail Team Lead to assist our Detail Manager with daily operations in our vehicle detailing department. This role is ideal for someone with prior automotive detail or reconditioning experience who is ready to take on more responsibility and help guide the team.

    What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):

    + Assist the Detail Manager with daily operations and team support.

    + Help assign tasks, monitor quality, and maintain efficient workflow.

    + Train and mentor new detailers on best practices and safety procedures.

    + Inspect vehicles for cleanliness, defects, and readiness for delivery.

    + Communicate effectively with sales and service departments to ensure timely meeting of deadlines.

    + Support upkeep of equipment, supplies, and safe work practices.

    + Keep the detail department clean, organized, and customer-ready.

    + Provide feedback to the Detail Manager regarding staffing, scheduling, or process improvements.

    Qualifications:

    + Previous experience as an automotive detailer, lot porter, or reconditioning specialist required.

    + Leadership or team support experience strongly preferred.

    + High school diploma or equivalent.

    + Valid driver's license and ability to meet required MVR standards.

    + Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles preferred.

    + Ability to work evenings, weekends, and in a fast-paced environment.

    + Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively with a team.
