Summary
The Associate Interactive Producer provides support to the creative, account and production teams through every phase of project development, including concept development, experience design and development, content management, production, quality assurance, installation and project completion. This position is an integral part of making sure the administrative side of creative technology production is well organized so that projects run smoothly.
This position will support our Creative Technology team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule generally requiring 2-3 days per week in-office or at show site, based out of any of the following locations:

+ Detroit, MI
+ Fort Wayne, IN
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
+ Project coordination of digital and live creative technology projects, including organization and management of project folders and documents and meeting note-taking
+ Update client-facing and internal production schedule changes
+ Keep job folders organized and up to date
+ Manage content and input (into CMS systems) for virtual and live event projects
+ Manage client assets, reformatting and organizing as needed, and routing them to the required teams
+ Ownership of small client projects with oversight from Senior Producers
+ Manage/Track accounting submissions, vendor & contractor invoices, and check requests
Education & Experience
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
+ Experience background in digital projects, event or similar capacity, preferably 2+ years of professional experience
+ Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack
+ Strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a team player
+ Ability to operate within a fast-paced environment
+ Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
+ Administrative support experience
+ Ability to be patient and focused under tight deadlines
+ Adept at learning new tools and technologies
