Keuka Lake School Program Coordinator

Keuka Lake School, a premier preschool and day care located in Penn Yan, is looking to fill the position of Program Coordinator to assist the Principal and support the day-to-day operations of the preschool .

Program Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities:

We're seeking an upbeat and dynamic Program Coordinator to join our team and keep the magic of our programs running smoothly! As our Program Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring that everything from schedules to supplies is perfectly coordinated, leaving no room for anything but smiles and success!

Be the friendly face that greets visitors and staff with a warm welcome and assists them with any needs that arise.

Keep the energy high as you assist our director and/or administrator with various tasks to keep things running like a well-oiled machine.

Take charge of maintaining our inventory of food and supplies, making sure everything is well-stocked and ready to fuel our learning adventures!

Dive into the billing process for our daycare and preschool programs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency every step of the way.

Program Coordinator Assistant Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma/GED

One year office experience preferred. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and clerical skills are valued

Proficient in Microsoft Word required. Must be well-versed in various word processing, technology, and computer software

Experience working with children

Valid NYS driver's license

What We Offer for Program Coordinators :

Scheduled Hours: Monday - Friday, 6:45 am - 3:15 pm

Full Time: 40 Hours per week

Hourly Rate: $18.00- $22.00
