The Opportunity:
Be part of a growing team supporting Military Sealift Command (MSC) with engineering service, quality assurance, maintenance planning, and other technical services under the MSC N7 task order. As a CACI Program Administrator, you assist Program Management in day-to-day coordination and management of business operational activities. The Program Administrator provides direct support to CACI employees, MSC customers, and subcontractors under MSC N7. You will initiate new requirement processes, organize, and implement program methodologies, in addition to gaining and applying contractual knowledge related to the IAC MAC contract and the FAR. The Program Administrator will support and provide assistance on specific business, management, operational, policy, and professional issues. Responsibilities:
+ General program support functions/duties as assigned.
+ Provide analytical support for facilitation, training, methodology development, business management techniques, and organizational development
+ Oversee day-to-day operations, providing new process/procedure creation, documentation, and implementation, and expert guidance on complex program tasks.
+ Apply organizational knowledge with CACI policies and procedures.
+ Identify opportunities for process improvement within program logistics and propose actionable solutions.
+ Purchasing and Procurement and government property management.
+ Conducts onboarding via in-person or virtual means and supports client in-processing operations including Day 1 Coordination, I9 Verification. Assists with development of New Hire/Termination procedures.
+ Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for program CAC processes, initiations, reverifications, and trainings.
+ Track and report past, current, and future status of program staff to multiple layers of management, ensuring on-time and highly accurate responses.
+ Coordinate cross-functional team meetings, ensuring all program staff are informed and engaged. In addition to handling training coordination providing input on processes and procedures to enhance with automation or other efficiency measures.
+ Travel Authorization approvals.
+ Assist with Monthly Status Reports (MSR) development, template distribution, and submission.
Qualifications:
_Required:_
+ Bachelors degree and 5+ years of professional experience
+ Active secret clearance
+ Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
+ Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
+ Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
_Desired:_
+ Experience with government service and/or prior military service.
+ Must be able to work independently with limited oversight and function effectively as part of a team in a joint working environment.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$68,400-$143,700
