    The Opportunity:

    CACI is looking for an Organizational Success Manager to join our dynamic team. You will play a pivotal role in driving employee engagement, retention, and growth. This role is the bridge between strategic vision and day-to-day execution, ensuring that training, onboarding, and workforce initiatives align with business objectives and enhance organizational performance. You will partner closely with leaders across departments to maximize resources, enhance the employee experience, and cultivate pathways for professional development. Additionally, you will lead change management efforts to promote the smooth adoption of new processes, technologies, and strategies. Ultimately, you will help build a culture where employees feel valued, empowered, and equipped to contribute to a strong, enduring organization

    Responsibilities:

    Training & Development

    + Provide guidance and oversight to trainers in designing training programs for new hires and existing staff.

    + Coach trainers to deliver consistent, high-impact learning experiences that align with organizational goals.

    + Ensure training materials are regularly updated to reflect evolving skills, technologies, and best practices.

    Onboarding

    + Analyze feedback from employee experience surveys to refine onboarding processes.

    + Directly oversee onboarding partners to ensure a seamless, connected, and culture-aligned new hire experience.

    + Work in partnership with Talent Acquisition and interviewing teams to periodically review and refine recruiting, screening, and interviewing practices, ensuring they effectively identify top talent, and that the organization attracts and hires the best candidates.

    First-Year Success

    + Administer quarterly employee experience surveys and evaluate results to identify opportunities that strengthen engagement and retention.

    + Assist managers with stay interviews and review insights to develop strategies that enhance employee satisfaction and loyalty.

    + Implement initiatives to enhance belonging, communication, and integration during the critical first year.

    + Provide targeted support for first-year employees to reduce early attrition.

    Retention Strategy

    + Analyze turnover and retention metrics to identify trends and proactively address high-risk areas.

    + Support managers in conducting stay interviews and analyzing feedback to improve satisfaction and retention.

    + Lead efforts to identify and resolve systemic issues impacting turnover.

    + Partner on internal mobility and career progression pathways to increase employee growth and long-term commitment.

    Employee Engagement

    + Collaborate with corporate HR partners in Talent Engagement and Retention to drive participation and completion of the annual Employee Engagement Survey and recurring pulse checks.

    + Translate employee feedback into actionable insights and clear reports.

    + Work in partnership with corporate HR and organizational leadership to implement meaningful improvements that strengthen the employee experience.

    + Build long-term engagement strategies that include regular feedback loops, team-specific solutions, and inclusive programming.

    + Create and manage employee recognition and appreciation programs that promote morale and reflect organizational values.

    Workplace Culture

    + Champion the organization’s core values.

    + Build meaningful relationships across the organization to break down silos and foster shared ownership of culture and performance.

    + Work with leaders at all levels to align department goals with company culture and reinforce desired behaviors.

    Change Management Leadership

    + Collaborate with department leaders to identify change impacts and develop mitigation strategies.

    + Develop and implement change management plans that address employee concerns, communicate the benefits of changes, and provide support throughout the transition.

    + Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new processes, technologies, and strategies.

    + Facilitate change workshops and training sessions to equip employees with the skills and knowledge needed to adapt to changes.

    Strategic Reporting & Communication

    + Maintain clear documentation of initiatives, insights, and outcomes to support transparency and continuous improvement.

    + Develop and present detailed, data-informed reports on employee experience, engagement, training, and retention.

    + Translate survey, performance, and HR data into strategic recommendations that drive organizational success.

    + Collaborate across HR, operations, and department leadership to ensure aligned, timely communication and action.

    Qualifications:

    _Required:_

    + Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, Organizational Development, or a related field and 10 years of relevant work experience.

    + Proven experience in organizational development, training, employee engagement, or workforce optimization.

    + Experience in change management or strategic planning (for OSM).

    + Top secret clearance required

    _Desired:_

    + Advanced degrees

    + Relevant certifications (e.g., Prosci Change Management Certification) may be required.

    + Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

    + Impeccable work ethic, integrity, and positive attitude.

    + Sense of mission, especially in support of organizational or national security.

    + Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    + Analytical mindset with experience using metrics to guide decisions.

    + Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a strategic perspective.

    + Problem-solving and planning abilities.

    **Pay Range** : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.     Since this position can be worked in more than one location, the range shown is the national average for the position.

    The proposed salary range for this position is:

    $95,500-$210,100
