The Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer to join our team and lead the development and integration of Microsoft CoPilot solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Microsoft technologies, AI, and machine learning, with a proven track record of delivering complex engineering projects. This role will be pivotal in driving innovation and enhancing our product offerings through the effective utilization of Microsoft CoPilot, Azure AI, and Office 365 applications.
Responsibilities:
+ **CoPilot Integration:** Lead the design, development, and integration of Microsoft CoPilot across various applications and platforms, with a strong focus on Azure AI and Office 365 applications.
+ **Technical Leadership:** Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams, ensuring best practices in software development and AI integration.
+ **Solution Architecture:** Develop comprehensive architecture plans for CoPilot implementations, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
+ **Azure AI:** Leverage Azure AI services (e.g., Azure Machine Learning, Azure Cognitive Services) to enhance CoPilot functionalities.
+ **Office 365 Integration:** Ensure seamless integration of CoPilot with Office 365 applications (e.g., Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel) to provide a unified user experience.
+ **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work closely with product management, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to align CoPilot features with business goals.
+ **Proof of Concepts:** Create and evaluate proof of concepts (POCs) to demonstrate the feasibility, including licensing requirements, and value of CoPilot solutions.
+ **Documentation:** Maintain thorough documentation of designs, implementations, and troubleshooting guides.
+ **Stay Current:** Keep abreast of the latest developments in AI, machine learning, and Microsoft technologies to continuously improve our CoPilot solutions.
Qualifications:
_Required:_
+ **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
+ **Experience:**
+ Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on AI and machine learning.
+ Prior experience working with Microsoft technologies, including Azure, Power Platform, and Microsoft CoPilot.
+ Proven experience with Azure AI services and Office 365 applications.
+ **Technical Skills:**
+ Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and AI frameworks.
+ Experience with cloud services, particularly Microsoft Azure.
+ Deep knowledge of Office 365 applications and their APIs.
+ **Soft Skills:**
+ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Leadership experience and the ability to mentor junior engineers.
_Desired:_
+ Certifications in Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, or related fields.
+ Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision.
+ Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C#, or JavaScript

**Pay Range** : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$113,200 - $237,800
