    Responsibilities

    + Assist Physical Therapists with implementing and progressing treatment programs.

    + Guide patients through exercises and therapeutic activities.

    + Document treatments and patient progress accurately and efficiently.

    + Educate and encourage patients to stay engaged in their recovery.

    + Collaborate with the rehab team to ensure safe, high-quality care.

    Qualifications

    Education:

    + Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.

    Experience:

    + Outpatient experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply!

    + Ideal candidate is trained in lymphedema and womens health.

    Certification/License:

    + An active, Physical Therapy Assistant license issued by the Iowa Department of Public Health.

    + Must possess and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or within three (3) months from date of hire.
