    Responsibilities

    + Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for pediatric patients.

    + Use creative, play-based therapy approaches that keep children engaged and motivated.

    + Collaborate closely with families and interdisciplinary team members to support holistic care.

    + Document patient progress accurately and in compliance with clinic and regulatory standards.

    + Educate caregivers on at-home exercises and progress strategies.

    Qualifications

    Education:

    + Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.

    Experience:

    + Pediatric or outpatient experience preferred, but new grads with a passion for pediatrics are encouraged to apply.

    Certification/License:

    + Current and active Iowa Physical Therapist licensure issued by the State of Iowa.

    + Must possess and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or within three (3) months from date of hire
