Job Summary:

We are seeking a Systems Engineer to join our Systems Engineering and Integration Test (SEIT) team. The successful candidate will provide essential support in the development and documentation of requirements and interfaces, as well as design analysis, modeling and simulation, system integration, and trade studies. You will play a critical role in ensuring system compliance through the documentation and execution of system verification processes.

This position is an onsite role located in Indianapolis, Indiana

What You Will Do

+ Provide basic support developing and documenting requirements and interfaces

+ Provide basic support developing,

+ Documenting, and executing system verification to show compliance

+ Integrate software and hardware subsystems

+ Follow a structured data driven approach to solve problems

+ Contribute to the completion of

+ Project/program milestones under the general guidance of the immediate supervisor and team leads

+ Follow established SE processes and procedures

Qualifications You Must Have

+ Masters degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred)

+ Experience using MS Office Suite of tools

+ Ability to apply basic engineering principles, theories, and concepts

+ This position requires 12 months or less of relevant professional work experience (excluding internships).

Qualifications We Prefer

+ Possess strong written and oral communication skills

+ Strong interest in working with system avionics

+ Exposure to NATOPS, NATIP, IETMs

+ Exposure to requirements development, derivation, and management

+ Exposure to integration of software and hardware subsystems

+ Exposure to security engineering concepts and practices and the software development life cycle

+ Exposure to Aerospace platforms / systems

+ Ability to research and distill data into meaningful information

The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
