The Global Trade (GT) Sanctions Specialist will work with various GT team members on domestic and international GT Sanctions matters and projects. The Sanctions Specialist will be expected to support and participate in a team environment that is dedicated to compliance and continuous improvement of the GT program. The Sanctions Specialist must have excellent communication skills, project management experience, strong analytical capabilities, and be detail orientated.
What YOU Will Do:
+ Provide daily transactional support in the Sanctions environment
+ Support customer and dealer risk analysis to ensure due diligence compliance
+ Support development and delivery of formal and informal Sanctions guidance and training to the business and other GT Professionals
+ Provide data analytics support and assist with data analytic tools and process improvements
+ Analyze business needs with respect to GT Sanctions requirements and engage with relevant functional groups to help drive GT compliance across the business
+ Assist with investigations and corrective actions for Sanctions related matters
Qualifications You Must Have:
+ Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience
+ Prior working knowledge of Global Trade, specifically ITAR and EAR export controls.
Qualifications We Prefer:
+ Prior experience navigating the Global Trade Sanctions environment
+ Prior experience with RTX/Collin’s current GT-related processes and tools (sanctions & due diligence, authorizations, logging, compliant transfer modes, record keeping, etc.)
+ Experience working in a global, matrixed organization
+ Good organizational and communication skills
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, often independently, while prioritizing critical business needs
+ Experience with key programmatic and business tools, including SharePoint, Tableau, Power BI, SAP (and/or related ERP systems), Microsoft SQL Server, and Microsoft Office 365 tools.

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
