    Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship

     

    Clearance: Must pass CMS/HHS Public Trust or equivalent background check.

    Responsibilities:

    + Plan and execute external/internal penetration tests on Noridian systems.

    + Conduct vulnerability assessments across ~200 internal devices and multiple domains.

    + Perform web app/portal penetration tests per NIST SP 800-115.

    + Lead physical penetration testing onsite in Fargo.

    + Document findings, provide remediation recommendations, and support retesting.

    Qualifications:

    + OSCP, GPEN, or equivalent.

    + 7–10 years of penetration testing and vulnerability assessment.

    + Healthcare/finance/insurance sector experience preferred.

    + Proficiency with Metasploit, Burp Suite, Nessus, Qualys, and manual testing.
