    Reports To: Program Manager

     

    Compensation: $65,000 – $85,000

    Job Summary:

    Position contingent upon successful award. Supports RIM projects with research, documentation, analytical tasks, project coordination, stakeholder communication, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Conduct interviews and perform records inventory

    + Develop data sheets and records descriptions

    + Generate reports and assist in creating records schedules

    + Support legal research and training initiatives

    Required Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

    + 2 years of experience (minimum of 1 year required)

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Experience with records management software

    + Strong analytical and documentation skills

    + Familiarity with legal research and regulatory compliance
