    Reports To: Program Manager

     

    Compensation: $55,000 – $70,000

    Job Summary:

    Position contingent upon successful award. Supports senior staff in data management, regulatory compliance, project coordination, documentation, communication, and maintaining organizational standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Conduct interviews and physical inventories

    + Assist with database maintenance and reporting

    + Support policy adherence and compliance activities

    + Develop training materials

    + Support legal research and training initiatives

    Required Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Internship or volunteer experience in records management or related fields

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel)

    + Strong organizational and communication skills
