The Opportunity
The **IT Infrastructure Manager** plays a critical role in managing **IT infrastructure financial operations** and portfolio governance for the BTS organization. This position ensures alignment between business objectives and technology investments through **data-driven analysis, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.**
Core Job Responsibilities
+ Manage global BTS IT capital portfolio, including planning, forecasting, and financial reconciliation.
+ Lead end-to-end lifecycle of IT infrastructure projects, including RCE creation, PO management, and asset closure globally.
+ Develop and maintain executive dashboards and financial models using Power BI and Excel for LBE forecasting, KPI tracking, and portfolio health reporting.
+ Partner with IT Finance to streamline monthly and quarterly forecasting processes and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
+ Execute requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation for cross-functional programs impacting multiple divisions.
+ Administer SharePoint environments and design automated workflows, forms, and dashboards using Power Platform tools.
+ Coordinate vendor engagement and procurement activities, including SOW execution and purchase order management.
+ Support quarterly meetings with IT leaders and stakeholders to align BTS reporting and capital strategy.
+ Champion process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reporting accuracy.
Required Education and Experience
+ Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, or another discipline relevant to the healthcare industry or equivalent experience.
+ Overall 7+ years of industry experience with at least 3 years of previous **financial management** experience.
+ Strong experience in Finance for creating financial models and budgeting. Experience building KPI models. Provides financial analysis support for key capital projects.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office products, in particular Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
+ High-level understanding of a broad range of infrastructure technologies – hosting infrastructure equipment, datacenter equipment Servers, Networking, and Physical Infrastructure – with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical teams such as Finance.
+ Experience with vendor management.
Preferred Experience/Training
+ IT experience in a large or midsized multinational healthcare organization. IT expertise in one or more areas specific to the supported business process.
+ Strong project management skills, including program/project management governance.
+ Proficient in using software applications like SAP Ariba, SAP Symphony, etc.
+ Strong analytical skills using **Power BI and MS Excel.**
+ High level of communication skills, both oral and written
+ Ability to work in a matrixed environment and understand business needs and support the organization with value-added analysis and insight
+ Financial modeling and ability to navigate complex formulas
+ Comfortable providing recommendations to senior leaders and executives
+ Performs monthly reviews of the departmental financial performance vs. plan
+ Automates and improves financial planning processes.
+ Build successful partnerships with internal customers.
+ Provide documentation for financial schedules.
+ Provide recommendations for process improvements in reporting and analysis.
+ Abbott finance experience.

The base pay for this position is $97,300.00 – $194,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
