ADP is hiring a** **Sr Director of** **Application Development responsible for Client Sentiment & Support.

As a Sr Director of Application development, you'll be a results-focused leader who's comfortable taking on overall responsibility for one of our key domains.
You will be an expert technical interpreter. You'll have a passion and experience as a technical and client success leader that takes ownership of your domain roadmap, help motivate, focus our organization to deliver strong outcomes and manage expectation with stakeholders.
Your technical background and domain knowledge will enable you to appreciate the implications of key architectural, investment, and prioritization decisions. + Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or closely related field
+ 8+ years of experience in product-focused technology organizations
+ 3+ years of experience in HCM product development and operations
+ Experience building distributed development teams and act as point of contact for stakeholders.
+ Excellent team building skills with a strong ability to motivate and inspire leaders and engineers alike.
+ 4+ years of experience in leadership and managerial capacities with cross-disciplinary teams including product, software engineering, infrastructure, security, automated testing, and build tooling
+ 2+ years of experience with cloud providers
+ Track record of evolving engineering team capabilities with recognized improvements
+ Full-stack software development knowledge - including modern technology stacks, public cloud services, container orchestration and scheduling frameworks, distributed databases, and UI frameworks
+ Maintain hands-on interest in current technology trends

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. We offer the following benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Matched Retirement Savings, Wellness Program, Short-and Long-Term Disability, Charitable Contribution Match, Holidays, Personal Days & Vacation, Paid Volunteer Time Off, and more. The compensation for this role is USD $126,800.00 - USD $339,660.00 / Year*
*Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state and local laws.
