Position: Welder – Fabrication

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Compensation: $20 – $22/hour (depending on experience)

Employment Type: Full-time

A well-established manufacturing operation in **Cleburne, TX** is seeking a **skilled Welder with fabrication experience** to join our team. This is a hands-on, full-time role ideal for individuals with strong **MIG and TIG welding** skills and the ability to work from blueprints.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Perform **MIG welding** on structural components and systems

+ Assist in **TIG welding** operations – **TIG training will be provided during the first week**

+ Fabricate, fit, and assemble metal parts based on blueprints and layout specifications

+ Ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency in all welding work

+ Maintain a clean and safe work environment

+ Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

Requirements:

+ **Minimum 2 years of fabrication welding experience** (shop-based preferred)

+ Proficient in **MIG welding**

+ **Strong ability to** **read and interpret blueprints**

+ **Skilled in** **metal fitting and fabrication techniques**

+ **Must pass a** **MIG weld test during the interview process**

+ **Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic**

Work Schedule:

+ **Monday – Friday: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM**

+ **Must be available to work** **up to 12-hour shifts** **and occasional** **half-days on Saturdays**

Preferred Background:

+ **Candidates with** **shop fabrication experience** **are strongly preferred**

+ **This is** **not a pipe-fitting or oilfield welding position** **– candidates with only that background are unlikely to be a fit**
