    **Job Title:** Product Manager Specialist

    **Location:** This role is located onsite in either Hunt Valley, MD or Grand Island, NY

    **Pay:** $50.00 - $58.00 BOE

     

    We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who has experience and enjoys financial data analysis, performing product competitor analyses and taking on spontaneous product management tasks. Another part of this job includes assisting in sales operations tasks and supporting the Ion Chromatography product management team through maintenance of master data. The role will provide opportunities to be exposed to all parts of the product lifecycle while interfacing with departments across the world and actively and independently shaping your everyday work.

     

    What will you do?

     

    + Work with financial and shipment data for various analysis projects

    + Create and update technical Products competitive analyses

    + Take on product management tasks/projects

    + Work with cross functional teams and sales teams

    + Sales operation tasks involving SAP, SFDC (Salesforce Dot Com) and Oracle Cloud PLM systems

    + Execution of requests from business team for changes to the part number/master data for Ion Chromatography products across the lifecycle, including price changes, commercial blocks and extension, and part creation and discontinuation

    + Change order creation & implementation in Oracle Cloud PLM system

    + Query and evaluation of data in the SAP ERP system to support customer and business needs

    + Perform product hierarchy reviews/improvements

    + Potential Product Line management product ownership, if applicable

    Requirements:

    Education

    + Bachelor’s degree in technical, scientific or business field

    + Master’s degree highly desirable - MS, Ph.D., or MBA

    Experience

    + 2-3+ year’s related work experience required; prior Product Management experience preferred.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

    + Technical Products competitive analyses

    + Instrument Install base management

    + Data management experience

    + SAP, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, or similar knowledge

    + Financial modeling experience

    + Work well with ambiguity and can figure out how to solve unknown problems

    + Growth Mindset, Proactive nature and can work independently

    + Problem-Solving, Strategic Thinking, Adaptability, Interpersonal Skills, Prioritization Capabilities

    + Strong written, interpersonal, and oral communication skills

    + Preferred experience working cross-functionally across many areas and levels of an organization
