Citibank, N.A. seeks an Engineering Lead Analyst for its Irving, Texas location.

Duties: Oversee the evaluation, onboarding and implementation of new technology products for Citi’s Personal Banking Wealth Management. Drive processes standardization and efficiency improvements efforts. Act as the subject matter expert of the devised technologies and tools including JIRA, Confluence, JIRA Align, Bitbucket, WalkMe, Trello, Miro and GitHub. Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks related to internal software applications and external factors including Structured Query Language, Windows, Oracle, Postgres and Internet Information Services. Liaise with product management, engineering and quality assurance organizations to ensure seamless processes around the deliverables and manage communications across multiple functional teams. Collaborate with Engineering Managers to ensure adherence to Agile Practices Simplify process and coordinate cross-release and cross-project interdependencies. Work closely with the Operations team and customers to enable successful resolution of post-deployment issues. Provide vendors management and resource planning. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience as a Software Developer, Architecture Lead Analyst, or related position involving evaluating, onboarding and implementing technology systems and products. Alternatively, employer will accept a Master’s degree in the stated fields and 3 years of the specified experience. Full span of experience must include: Atlassian JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket, JIRA Service Management to support issue tracking; Agility Health Radars, Miro, GitHub; Groovy Scripting; Amazon Web Services; POSTGRES Structured Query Language to implement migrations; and Linux Operating System to upgrade application environments.
