Description:
You will be the Inspector Senior for the Quality Assurance team\. Our team is responsible for ensuring missile and launcher systems meet stringent performance and safety standards\.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Inspector Senior you will be responsible for overseeing inspection activities, verifying compliance with engineering drawings, and supporting continuous improvement across the Camden facility\.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
+ Conduct detailed inspections of missiles, launchers, and related components using calibrated tools and measurement equipment\.
+ Document inspection results, identify non‑conformances, and coordinate corrective actions with engineering and production teams\.
+ Maintain inspection records and ensure data integrity in compliance with MIL‑STD and internal quality standards\.
+ Train and mentor junior inspectors on inspection techniques, safety protocols, and quality expectations\.
+ Participate in audits and support readiness reviews for customer and government assessments\.

MUST BE A U\.S\. CITIZEN \- This position is located at a facility that requires special access\. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance\.
Basic Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Familiar with Microsoft Office products \(Outlook,
Excel, Word, and PowerPoint\) is a plus
• Must have the desire and/or ability to use inspection
tools such as digital calipers, go/no go gages,
micrometers, fixtures and other basic gages
• Ability to work from inspection instructions,
blueprints/drawings and specifications
• This position will be located at a facility that requires
special access and requires the selected candidate to
be a US citizen
• Must be able to obtain a secret security clearance
• Must be able to work in various climates and around
explosive
Desired Skills:
• Prior inspection experience in a production
environment
• Prior SAP/APRISO/MRO Software experience is
a plus \(on the job training will be provided\)
• Strong teaming ability and effective communication skills
• Critical thinking and problem solving
• Be able to work independently
**Security Clearance Statement:** This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration\.
**Clearance Level:** Secret

**Ability to Work Remotely:** Onsite Full\-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility\.
**Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.
**Schedule for this Position:** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
