Your role and responsibilities

As a Senior Delivery Consultant, you will:

* Design and Develop Agentic Agents using watsonx Orchestrate, integrating APIs, enterprise systems, and workflows.

* Engage with Clients to understand business needs and translate them into intelligent automation solutions.

* Lead Solution Delivery including hands-on development, configuration, and deployment of scalable, secure agents.

* Facilitate Technical Workshops and demos to drive adoption and showcase capabilities.

* Execute Agile Projects across planning, development, testing, and post-deployment operations.

* Optimize Solutions using telemetry, feedback, and performance metrics.

* Provide End-to-End Technical Guidance during discovery, architecture assessment, and proposal development.

Required technical and professional expertise

* 8+ years in software development, automation, or AI solution delivery.

* Hands-on experience with watsonx Orchestrate, LangChain, LLMs, or similar frameworks.

* Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Node.js.

* Experience with REST APIs, OAuth, and enterprise integration.

* Familiarity with workflow automation, RPA, and orchestration tools.

* Understanding of prompt engineering, RAG, and agent memory architectures.

* Proven leadership in technical delivery teams.

* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred technical and professional experience

* Deep expertise in watsonx products (e.g., watsonx.ai, watsonx.assistant, watsonx.discovery, watsonx.BI).

* Experience with conversational AI, NLP, and chatbot development.

* Background in traditional ML, Watson Studio, Watson Machine Learning, and Decision Optimization.

* Knowledge of Agile methodologies and collaborative delivery practices.

* Experience with IBM Cloud Pak for Automation, Red Hat OpenShift, or Kubernetes.

* Familiarity with enterprise platforms like SAP, Salesforce, Workday, or ServiceNow.

* Consulting or client-facing delivery experience.
