    Summary

    + _The Front-end React Developer position will assist in the responsibility for both the daily operations support and the ongoing development efforts surrounding company Digital initiatives. This position should possess strong front-end development skills along with an understanding of the back-end concepts to effectively communicate and collaborate with the business for turning requirements into industry competing solutions._

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    + _Develop JavaScript applications using modern ReactJS and React hooks._

    + _Help architect and provide technical solutions to complex problems._

    + _Work closely with the business to ensure the company Digital environment is operational and supports business needs._

    + _Work closely with the internal functional team to support product and roadmap requirements._

    + _Identify and implement process improvement opportunities._

    + _Participate in application release updates with vendors and business users._

    + _Ensure compliance with corporate standards._

    + _Plan, test, implement, and troubleshoot software upgrades._

    + _Support and develop end user training documentation._

    + _Develop help desk knowledge base articles._

    + _Work directly with IT and Business teams to resolve technical issues._

    + _Monitor and recommend software licensing changes to control costs._

    + _Technology assessments and recommendations._

    + _Monitoring of and responding to application support tickets._

    + _Other duties as assigned._

     

    Required Skills and Qualifications

    _Qualifications include:_

    + _Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year College or university preferred._

    + _Strong experience developing JavaScript applications using modern ReactJS and React hooks._

    + _Good understanding of Next.js and Tailwind CSS._

    + _Elevated working knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript._

    + _Experience in developing transactional user interfaces._

    + _Knowledge of WordPress and headless CMS technologies._

    + _Experience dealing with cross-browser and cross-platform development._

    + _Understands and practices levels of security when dealing with RESTful APIs._

    + _Ability to write unit tests and end-to-end tests._

    + _Working knowledge of basic UI/UX design and prototype evaluations._

    + _Understanding of Microsoft Azure environment._

    + _Agile Experience._

    + _Remote or in office presence required if requested._

    + _Sitting, standing, and walking_

    + _Attendance - The ability to work as scheduled with punctual attendance, Monday - Friday plus any additional hours/days necessary to meet business demands._

    + _This job requires long periods of sitting in front of a computer on a regular basis, doing repetitive tasks._
