+ Outpatient - focused position; No inpatient hospital call

+ Physician - led organization

+ Work alongside three experienced Neurologists; Tenured Team with mentorship availability

+ Clinic located on the main hospital campus

+ Well established primary care base in the city and surrounding area

+ Dedicated medical group and hospital physician leadership support for success of program

+ Level 2 Trauma 375+ Bed Facility

+ 30 Counties/910,000 Population Service Area

+ Joint Commission Accredited Primary Stroke Program ( _Thrombectomy capable_ )

+ Home to the first Neuro Physical Therapy Residency program in Indiana

Requirements

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

+ Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

+ Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

+ Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
