*About the Role* The*Director of FP&A*will serve as a key finance leader supporting the company’s commercial organization. This role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to drive revenue forecasting, margin analysis, and strategic financial planning. Our Employee Resource Group program, Employee Recognition program, and 3D Gives Back program, are just a few examples of how you will be empowered to build connections, celebrate wins, and make a meaningful impact. *What You’ll Do* * Serve as the strategic finance partner to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and commercial leadership team, shaping strategy through insights on revenue, pricing, pipeline, and margin performance. * Lead financial planning processes—including monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-range planning—for commercial business units. * Develop and maintain financial models to support pricing strategy, product portfolio analysis, and go-to-market investments. * Partner cross-functionallywith Sales, Marketing, Operations, and R&D to assess growth initiatives, innovation programs, and cost-efficiency projects. * Provide actionable insights to strengthen pricing discipline, gross margin strategy, and commercial performance. * Represent business unit finance in strategic planning discussions, ensuring consistency between BU performance and enterprise reporting. * Lead and develop a team of high-performing finance professionals capable of delivering both analytical excellence and strategic insight. * Drive improvements in FP&A processes, planning tools (e.g., Oracle, Power BI), and data accuracy to enhance decision-making. *What You’ll Bring* * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA a plus. * 8–10 years of progressive finance experience with a focus on FP&A, preferably supporting commercial or business unit functions. * Experience partnering with Sales, Marketing, or Product teams in a dynamic, performance-driven environment. * Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in ERP/FP&A systems (Oracle, Hyperion, Adaptive) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel). * Demonstrated ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights. * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills withexecutivepresence. * Team leadership experience with a track record of developing talent and fostering collaboration. **Title:** *Director of FP&A* **Location:** *SC-Rock Hill* **Requisition ID:** *250000AN*
