Job Description Summary
**Location:** Dublin, Ohio
**Start Date:** June 29, 2026
The Data & Analytics Function oversees the analytics life-cycle in order to identify, analyze and present relevant insights that drive business decisions and anticipate opportunities to achieve a competitive advantage. This function manages analytic data platforms, the access, design and implementation of reporting/business intelligence solutions, and the application of advanced quantitative modeling.
Participants will work full-time as an employee during the 12-month program and gain hands-on experience within our organization. The program provides exposure to a high-performing environment that operates one of the most efficient and cost-effective networks in the industry. Teams may include, but are not limited to:
+ Data Governance
+ Business Intelligence
+ Advanced Analytics
Within their role, participants will potentially support the organization in several of the following ways:
+ Integrate customer analytical views across sales, finance, operations, customer service, etc.
+ Analyze and identify trends and establish opportunities for business impact
+ Support business objectives and projects by developing and presenting analytical insights
+ Develop, analyze and prepare reports to support strategic initiatives
+ Create dynamic data visualizations to support data driven decision making
+ Utilize advanced analytical methods to reduce costs or increase revenue
+ Catalog, reconcile, and curate data and analytical processes to enable more effective insight generation
+ Miscellaneous data and analytical requests to support agile business processes
+ Other duties upon request
Accountabilities in this role
+ Demonstrate strong analytical skills and attention to detail in all tasks
+ Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
+ Maintain a proactive, results-oriented approach to work
+ Prioritize tasks efficiently, recognize urgency, and consistently meet deadlines
+ Work independently with moderate guidance, showing initiative and ownership
+ Adapt quickly to changing priorities and evolving business needs
Qualifications
To be considered, candidates should meet a combination of the following criteria:
+ Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in analytical, data science or quantitative degree or a related field, preferred
+ Expected graduation between December 2025 and June 2026, preferred
+ Recommended GPA of 3.0 or above on a 4.0 scale. Preferred
+ Experience with programming languages and analytical tools, preferred (Alteryx, PowerBI, Python, R, SAS, SQL, Tableau)
+ Previous internship experience, preferred
+ Demonstrated leadership, communication and analytical skills
+ Participation in extracurricular activities, community organizations and/or professional associations
+ Must have unlimited work authorization in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
