    Part-Time Mall Security Supervisor

     

    Schedule: Thursday-Saturday 3pm-11pm

     

    Pay: $18.77 per hour

    About the Role:

    We’re seeking a reliable and professional **Part-Time Security Supervisor** to support daily operations in a retail environment. In this role, you’ll assist in leading the on-site security team, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for shoppers, tenants, and staff. You’ll report directly to the Security Manager and serve as a key point of contact for officers during your shift.

    Responsibilities:

    + Supervise and support security officers during assigned shifts

    + Conduct patrols and ensure coverage of all posts

    + Respond to incidents, emergencies, and tenant concerns promptly and professionally

    + Monitor CCTV and access control systems as needed

    + Assist with training, scheduling, and performance feedback

    + Complete incident and activity reports accurately and on time

    + Maintain strong communication with the Security Manager and mall management

    Qualifications:

    + Prior supervisory or lead experience in security or customer service preferred

    + Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

    + Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure

    + Must be able to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods
