    **Wage:** $29.00-$31.00/Hour

    What Your Day May Look Like

    + Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel on assigned shifts.

    + Monitor surveillance systems and conduct regular patrols of the premises in various weather conditions.

    + Conduct incident investigations, write detailed reports, and escalate issues as needed.

    + Schedule shifts, assign duties, and manage time-off requests for security staff.

    + Train and mentor new security officers.

    + Liaise with law enforcement and emergency responders when necessary.

    + Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments.

    + Maintain accurate records of incidents, patrols, and equipment usage.

    + Ensure proper use and maintenance of security equipment.

    Position Requirements

    + Must be at least 18 years of age.

    + Valid driver's license and clear driving record required.

    + High school diploma or GED required, OR ability to complete GED program within 6 months.

    + Must have proven experience in a security role with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory capacity.

    + Strong computer / technology skills needed.

    + Customer service background preferred.

    + Excellent leadership and team management skills.

    + Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.

    + Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout the shift.

    + Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgement and use appropriate escalation measures.

    + All candidates must be willing to participate in Securitas’ pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
