What you’ll do:

The primary function of the **Application Engineer Co-op** is to provide technical application support to customers, sales and other Bussmann division departments. The Application Engineer Co-op will support more technical and in-depth email inquiries. The Application Engineer Co-op will be viewed as the technical expert on Bussmann series products and their application.

+ Provide in-depth technical application support to customers via phone, chat, and email.

+ Actively engage in the training of customers and Division personnel.

+ Develop and update training materials.

+ Act as the technical expert from the factory.

+ Provide guidance on NEC, UL, CSA, & IEC requirements for overcurrent and overvoltage protection

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

+ Working toward a B.S. in Engineering from an accredited institution.

+ Minimum overall cumulative GPA of 2.8.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Major in Electrical Engineering.

+ Two years of coursework completed.
