Summary:
We are seeking a program manager to own and deliver complex, multi-faceted system programs and portfolios that are critical to Meta's Design, Engineering, & Construction team's success.In this role you'll take full ownership of a broad portfolio of large-scale, system-focused programs, based in industry standard platforms (eg Oracle Primavera, Autodesk ACC, etc.), that are used to improve and accelerate design and construction workflows, data analytics, and decision making for our global construction program. You’ll shape the direction, strategy, and execution across multiple projects and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives and maximizing value delivery.You will lead cross-functional teams at the intersection of enterprise software companies, engineering teams, and business experts. You’ll assemble and inspire technical staff from various workstreams to deliver on charters and roadmaps.You will manage our systems portfolio - including prioritization alignment across teams, resource allocation and optimization, cross-program strategies, and risk monitoring and mitigation. You’ll be the single point of contact for all stakeholders, proactively resolving issues and driving continuous improvement.You will guarantee system stability and efficiency, empowering the organization to operate seamlessly and adapt to evolving business needs. Required Skills:
Systems Program Manager - Data Center Design, Engineering, and Construction Responsibilities:
1. Manage a portfolio of complex, system-focused programs and projects, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy, business objectives, and industry standards
2. Develop and implement standards and strategies to enable scalable processes for systems and cross-functional partners
3. Prioritize initiatives and manage resources based on dependencies, strategic relevance, potential benefits, risks, and available capacity
4. Ensure deliverables are on time, within budget, and meet reliability and quality standards
5. Serve as the single point of contact for portfolio and program stakeholders
6. Align priorities for program and projects across a portfolio with a range of stakeholders
7. Provide communications and reporting to ensure transparency and alignment across all levels of the organization
8. Identify, assess, and mitigate risks across the portfolio and individual programs
Minimum Qualifications:

9. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related discipline) or equivalent experience
10. 7+ years of experience in program or portfolio management - with a focus on large-scale, complex systems or enterprise environments for large-scale construction organizations
11. Experience in managing multiple, cross-functional programs or portfolios simultaneously
12. Experience in systems development, integration, and lifecycle management
13. Experience with risk management, data analytics, stakeholder engagement, and vendor management
14. Experience with leading and influencing cross-functional teams, including technical and business stakeholders
15. Experience in the full software development life cycle (SDLC)

16. Advanced degree in a related field
17. Relevant certifications (eg Project Management Professional, Program Management Professional, etc.)
18. Experience in large-scale, global data center design or construction organizations
19. Experience with automation engineering or developing agentic workflows
20. Experience with industry-standard design and construction platforms, such as Oracle P6, Oracle Unifier, Autodesk ACC, and Google Workspace
Public Compensation:
$122,000/year to $169,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
