Job Summary

_The Sr. Director Marketing role will support the Margaritaville Vacation Club Marketing with direct oversight for set locations and partnership/ alignment with other marketing leaders to obtain optimum performance._

Essential Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Partnering with local Marketing Support leaders (if applicable) on the opening of new locations Brand immersion Training for all agents Continue to drive consistent expectations and brand unity Partner with MGVC and SVP on strategic direction Work with project management re: Programs /Product Direct Management of Cruise marketing associates and Sr Manager of Sunset Walk Partner with leaders at current locations to drive performance: Atlanta, St Thomas, Nashville + any additional openings

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications

Education

+ MGVC product knowledge

Knowledge and skills

+ Demonstrated ability to multi task and make effective decisions that align with company’s direction

Technical Skills

+ Journey , Workstamp, MSFT Office

Job experience

+ 5 years experience in Marketing Operations, Timeshare operations

_Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement._

Complexity

Describe the following:

Level of decision-making authority

+ The Sr Director will be responsible for elevating decisions that require immediate attention to SVP and making autonomous decision when acting in direct field capacity.

Level of autonomy

+ Full decision-making authority while at Sea with accountable report outs to SVP

The impact of his/her decision on the organization

+ The decision-making ability of the Sr Director will be an integral part of maintaining our partnership with Margaritaville Vacation Club

Supervisory responsibility:

+ Direct Supervision of Sr Manager ,Sunset Walk

+ Liaison with Marketing leaders at other T+L Margaritaville Sales locations to navigate performance and branding

Scope/Financial Responsibility

+ Responsible for Growing the Brand and Sales Performance by a mIn fo 10% year / year
