    BayCare Health System is currently in search of our newestInpatient Speech Therapist - Pool/PRN who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our community at Winter Haven Hospital.     Speech Therapist Pool Responsibilities:

    + Evaluates and develops plan of care to implement specific treatment programs for individual patients/residents based on their needs and in accordance with the principles and practices of the profession of Speech Language Pathology.

    + Responsible for providing the appropriate level of clinical direction for therapists completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), Speech Language Pathology students and volunteers.

    Requirements:

    + CCC-SLP (Speech Language Pathology)

    + BLS (Basic Life Support)

    + Speech Therapy License

    + Required Master's Speech Therapy

    + Preferred Doctorate Speech Therapy

    + 1 year Clinical Related is preferred
