    BayCare HomeCare is currently seeking a full-time **Pharmacy Supervisor** .

    Position Details:

    + **Facility:** BayCare HomeCare

    + **Location:** Largo, FL

    + **Status:** Full Time, exempt

    + **Shift Hours:** 8:00AM-5:00PM

    + **Weekend Work:** None

    + **On Call:** No

    Pharmacy Supervisor Responsibilities:

    + Supervises members of the pharmacy team, including:

    + Scheduling

    + Recruitment and onboarding/orientation

    + Conducting performance reviews

    + Administering disciplinary actions as needed

    + **Assists the Pharmacy Manager with:**

    + Coordination of dispensing operations

    + Oversight of pharmacy systems and technology

    + Ensuring compliance with applicable rules, regulations, and policies

    + Collaborates with the Pharmacy Manager to enhance the efficiency and quality of pharmacy services.

    Required Qualifications:

    + Doctorate - Pharmacy

    + FL Dept of Health - Pharmacist Licensure

    + 1 years of coordinator, lead or equivalent experience in hospital pharmacy required

    + Infusion experience preferred
