As a Senior Manager on Cleveland Clinic's International & Emerging Market (CCIEM) Finance tea **m** , you will be accountable for the financial deliverables of IEM client facing projects. You will work and collaborate with cross functional teams **and** independently to meet client needs. This role supports CCIEM growth, providing access to our model of care to more patients around the world. An ideal candidate has **a** Finance, Management Consulting or Corporate Development background in an international healthcare setting. You will need to have a base of clinical financial knowledge, volumes, what drives hospital financials, revenue, staffing, expenses, etc.
A caregiver in this role works remotely from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. **Business hours are applicable to client/project and will need flexibility outside of the normal working hours of 8am to 5pm**
_This position is typically remote 4-5 days per week, with occasional on-site work at CCAC, West Creek/Independence OH, or Main Campus. Candidates_** **_must_** **_reside in or_** **_relocate_** **_to NE Ohio and be available for in-person meetings, with minimal travel outside the area._
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
+ Provides Finance expertise on CCIEM cross function **al** project teams.
+ Leads independent parts of major CCIEM projects including structuring work, completing analytics, developing financial models and recommendations and working with organizational stakeholders on plan implementation.
+ Leads and manages complex client-facing international projects using advanced concepts, tools and workshops.
+ Prepares and completes action plans. Implements production, productivity, quality and customer service standards.
+ Builds relationshps with other Enterprise stakeholders in key areas related to projects.
+ Responsible for helping to influence thought processes in those areas.
+ Resolves problems.
+ Determines system improvements and implements change
+ Meets financial objectives by forecasting requirements and prepares an annual budget.
+ Analyzes variances and initiates corrective actions.
+ Enhances CCIEM Finance and Cleveland Clinic reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
+ Enforces policies and procedures.
+ Other duties as assigned.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
+ Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field **and** minimum of seven years of experience leading projects/teams in assigned areas which may include experience in a technical systems environment, experience involving complex financial system applications, etc.
+ **OR** Master's Degree **and** six years of experience
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
+ **6 years** of experience with Finance, Management Consulting and or Corporate Development in an international healthcare setting
+ Master's Degree
+ Strata, Oracle, and Tableau skills
+ Ability to model greenfield Hospitals

Physical Requirements:
+ Requires extensive sitting and dexterity to perform work on a PC.
+ Requires the ability to walk to other parts of the Foundation to attend meetings; must have normal or corrected vision and the ability to verbally communicate to employees and patients.

+ Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
Pay Range
Minimum hourly: $48.99
Maximum hourly: $74.71
