    Your Impactful Role

     

    + Supervise and provide day-to-day leadership to the PI Case Specialists, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

    + Serve as the primary point of contact for escalations related to case coordination, lien negotiations, and patient management.

    + Develop and implement training programs for PI staff to enhance case management proficiency and compliance knowledge.

    + Conduct performance evaluations, coaching sessions, and process improvement meetings to drive operational success.

    + Ensure that all PI cases are actively managed, minimizing treatment gaps and maintaining timely communication with referral sources.

    + Oversee documentation accuracy in patient records, legal communications, and case tracking systems.

    + Monitor case progression, ensuring prompt escalation of legal representation changes, no-shows, and patient outreach issues.

    + Streamline case intake, scheduling, and documentation processes to enhance efficiency.

    + Monitor KPIs related to case volume, settlements, and departmental productivity.

    + Work with the Executive Director of Administration to identify workflow gaps and implement solutions to improve department performance.

    + Ensure compliance with HIPAA, lien agreements, and company policies in all patient and case interactions.

    + Oversee medical lien underwriting, ensuring all case details and documentation meet approval requirements.

    + Manage settlement negotiations, verifying account balances and approving settlement offers within company guidelines.

    + Conduct financial analysis of PI cases

    + Serve as the primary liaison between the PI department and attorneys, chiropractors, and referral sources.

    + Maintain strong working relationships with legal partners, ensuring transparency and smooth case resolution.

    + Participate in networking events, conferences, and marketing initiatives to strengthen referral partnerships.

    + Work with Marketing & Administration teams to enhance brand presence and ensure client satisfaction.

    + Act as a super user for all PI case management and EMR systems, ensuring proper utilization and training for staff.

    + Leverage Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word) for reporting and case analytics.

    + Generate weekly and monthly reports on case trends, financial metrics, and operational efficiency for leadership review.

    + Represent the PI department professionally, ensuring alignment with company branding and policies.

    + Support business development efforts by identifying opportunities for process improvements and service enhancements.

    + Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    + High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.

    + Minimum two to three years executive support level experience at in a high-volume atmosphere.

    + Prefer experience in a health care organization that includes basic knowledge of insurance plans, coverage and procedures.

    + Experience with Personal Injury cases a plus.
