    The Role

    The Chief of Staff (CoS) will be a strategic, execution-focused partner to the VP, AGT Transformation Office & Business Operations, driving alignment across transformation priorities and operational rhythms. The CoS will act as a strategic advisor, problem solver, communicator, and facilitator across the AGT Transformation Office and broader enterprise. This individual will help the VP identify where to focus, streamline decision-making, and ensure momentum across initiatives. The Chief of Staff also partners closely with the Executive Assistant to manage time against the most critical priorities.

     

    The Chief of Staff plays a high-impact role supporting enterprise transformation, operational excellence, and leadership team effectiveness. The CoS leads through influence across the AGT Transformation Office leadership team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.

     

    The Main Responsibilities

     

    The Chief of Staff role flexes to meet the needs of the VP and the organization.

    Core responsibilities include:

    + Design and drive the goal operating model and rhythm of business across the Transformation Office. This includes leading staff meetings, town halls, all-hands, 1:1s, and operational reviews.

    + Own leader planning and communications. Ensure the leader is fully prepared for all internal and external engagements. Manage prep calls, consolidate materials, and align messaging.

    + Partner with HR on people/workforce planning, location strategy, org design, and people metrics.

    + Lead or support strategic initiatives that span transformation, operations, and cross-functional teams.

    + Identify and resolve issues that impact transformation progress or leadership priorities. Provide coaching, mentoring, and guidance to the leader's direct reports and other staff members.

    + Monitor and evaluate the performance and progress of the organization and the leader's goals and objectives.

    + Coordinate employee recognition and culture efforts

    + Partner with Executive Assistant to coordinate Executive’s time aligned to internal and external priorities

    What We Look For in a Candidate

    + Proven track record of success in an operational role where executive priorities are translated in to actionable plans that can be tracked.

    + Executive presence and excellent communication skills

    + Ability to navigate complex stakeholder management situations

    + Attention to detail across a broad range of contexts and topics

    + Experience with Business Operations and Planning, Business Transformation and/or Management Consulting is a plus

    + The ideal candidate will have 10+ years’ experience in a similar role with a Bachelor’s degree.

    + Advanced Powerpoint, Excel and Word skills

    Compensation

    This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors

    Location Based Pay Ranges:

    $149,084 - $198,779 in these states: AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, NM, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, UT, VT, WI, WV, and WY.

     

    $156,539 - $208,718 in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NC, NH, NV, OR, and RI.

    $163,993 - $218,657 in these states: AK, CA, CT, DC, DE, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA
