Job Description

Our Wealth Management & Investment Services is seeking an Account Processor to perform a variety of document processing and record keeping tasks associated with customer accounts. The Account Processor will operate within the Account Services New Account Applications team to maintain complex customer accounts that require a thorough knowledge of investment products, services, and financial industry regulations.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

+ Entering new investments account information using multiple systems/applications

+ Changing information on existing investments accounts based on customer’s requests

+ Recording transactions to ensure accurate recordkeeping/archive

+ Answering customer and departmental inquiries

+ Classifying, consolidating, and summarizing documents and information

+ Completing reports and providing administrative support to the department

Basic Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Typically four or more years of clerical and customer service experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

- 2 years or 4 years college degree or equivalent

- Knowledge of products, services, terminology, procedures, and systems related to wealth management and investment services or demonstrated aptitude to learn

- Strong customer service skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer service

- Ability to independently identify and resolve complex problems

- Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications

- Effective verbal and written communication skills

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $21.25 - $28.32
