Job Description

Elan Financial Services, a division of U.S. Bank, partners with over 1,200 financial institutions and credit unions to deliver turnkey credit card programs for consumers and small businesses. As a Marketing Leader, you’ll drive customer-centric, multi-channel strategies that fuel growth, retention, and engagement. You’ll lead a high-performing team, optimize performance through data-driven insights, and collaborate across functions to bring impactful marketing programs to life in client retail banking branches and related channels.

Key Responsibilities

+ Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies across channels

+ Define and monitor KPIs to evaluate ROI and optimize performance

+ Manage vendor contracts and relationships to support brand and business goals

+ Collaborate with product, sales, technical teams, and external agencies

+ Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies

Basic Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

+ 10+ years of experience in marketing strategy with a proven track record of delivering results

Preferred Qualifications

+ Strong data-driven decision-making skills

+ Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and team leadership abilities

+ Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills

+ Demonstrated agility in strategic thinking and execution

+ Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities

+ Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently, delivering on time and within budget

+ Proficiency in navigating various software tools

+ MBA or other indicators of high achievement preferred

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $133,365.00 - $156,900.00
