• Graphic Production Coordinator

    We are seeking a highly organized and proactive **Graphic Production** **Project** **Coordinator** to oversee the packaging and merchandise design projects from concept through production in a fast-paced value retail environment. This role is critical in ensuring creative deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with brand and business goals. You will work within an in-house creative team that provides assets to global suppliers and vendors, with a strong focus on file structure, digital asset management, and file sharing.

    Key Responsibilities

    Project Planning & Tracking

    + Develop and maintain project timelines, schedules, and task lists for packaging and merchandise design initiatives.

    + Monitor milestones, deliverables, and approvals across multiple concurrent projects.

    Cross-Functional Coordination

    + Serve as the liaison between design teams, merchant groups, global sourcing, and external vendors.

    + Serve as the subject matter expert for your assigned projects and timelines, as well as the primary point of contact for cross-functional team relationships.

    + Facilitate communication and alignment across all stakeholders.

    Workflow & Process Management

    + Manage intake of new design requests, prioritizing based on deadlines and business needs.

    + Ensure accurate and timely delivery of all assets (e.g., dielines, translations, mockups, production files).

    Documentation & Reporting

    + Maintain organized records of project briefs, revisions, approvals, and final files.

    + Provide regular status updates and reporting to creative managers, merchant teams, and packaging partners.

    + Track and update data to ensure that stakeholder information is accurately represented in workflows and communications.

    Vendor & Production Coordination

    + Collaborate with external vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers to ensure compliance with processes, brand guidelines, and packaging/merchandise specifications.

    + Track samples, proofs, and production timelines to ensure flawless execution.

    Qualifications

    + 4-6 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably with an in-house creative team, packaging, or consumer goods environment.

    + Strong understanding of design and production workflows, especially for print and physical products.

    + Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Workfront, Workday, Microsoft 365).

    + Understanding of the regulatory requirements for labeling (including FDA, USDA, EPA)

    + Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to autonomously manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    + Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

    + Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and design/production file types.

    + Proficient in working on a MacBook Pro.

    Nice to Have

    + Experience with packaging vendors or merchandise manufacturers.

    + Background in retail, grocery, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industries.

    + Knowledge of packaging compliance, retail-ready displays, or fast-moving value retail environments.
