    Summary:

    We are currently seeking a highly skilled and organized Parts Specialist to join our team. As a Parts Specialist, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the procurement, inventory management, and distribution of parts. You will be responsible for ensuring that the right parts are readily available in a timely manner to meet the needs of our customers. This is a challenging position that requires a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

     

    Reports to: Service Manager

    Minimum Qualifications:

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    + Proficient in using inventory management software

    + Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Previous experience in a similar role preferred

    ADDITIONAL COMPETENCIES:

    + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

    + Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

    Working Conditions:

    + Conditions vary based on needed activities and will include warehouse, sales floor and external environments.

    + Some activities will include lifting (maximum 75 lbs.), sorting, standing, and possible extreme heat/cold conditions.

    Essential Job Functions:

    + Maintain accurate inventory records of all parts and equipment

    + Receive, inspect, and store incoming parts and equipment

    + Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed

    + Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts and equipment

    + Prepare parts and equipment for distribution

    + Assist in the preparation and execution of inventory audits

    + Process warranty parts returns

    + Resolve discrepancies and address any issues in a timely manner

    + Prepare quotes for preventative maintenance plans

    + Prepare quotes and manage the generator rentals

    Compensation Range:

    The compensation range for this position is $20 to $25 hourly.
