Summary:

Project and Quotations Manager, you'll work hand in hand with our Sales Team to quote and win projects then coordinate order and delivery of project materials as a full service solution. This position is customer-facing and requires great customer service. The candidate will assist Outside Sales in calling on customers, building relationships, identifying projects and opportunities, then capitalizing on those opportunties. Project Managers order material from vendors, coordinate deliveries, and see the project through to completion. The best candidates will have prior experience in project management, sales, or related fields with a proven track record of success in winning business and generating profit. Experience building and maintaining relationships at the owner and decision maker level is required.

Reports to: PC Manager

Minimum Qualifications:

+ 5 years of customer service, sales, and/or project management experience.

+ Familiarity with Office Suite and ability to learn new systems quickly.

+ Be able to write and speak in English

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment revolving around the area construction market

Working Conditions:

Working conditions will be standard to an office environment.

Essential Job Functions:

+ Work closely with the Sales Team to identify projects and opportunities.

+ Make joint sales calls with the Sales Team.

+ Follow and improve the bid and project management processes.

+ Maintain bid calendar to ensure all bids are being completed early or on-time and submitted to the customer.

+ Follow up on jobs to get detailed information about our position in the market and to close the deal.

+ Maintain shipping schedules on projects and update customers daily/weekly

+ Coordinate deliveries between our warehouse and customers

+ Work closely with Outside Sales to solidify customer relationships

+ Accurately bill for materials shipped

+ Collaborate with industry partners to resolve issues.
