    The **Clinical Resource Manager** ( _Registered Nurse_ ) at Heartwood Lodge plays a pivotal role in ensuring high-quality resident care through clinical oversight, staff development, and resource coordination. This leadership position supports the nursing team by optimizing clinical workflows, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a culture of excellence in long-term care.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + **Clinical Oversight & Support**

    + Serve as a clinical expert and resource for nursing staff across all shifts.

    + Monitor and evaluate resident care plans and outcomes.

    + Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care delivery.

    + **Staff Development & Education**

    + Provide ongoing training and mentorship to nursing staff.

    + Support onboarding and orientation of new clinical employees.

    + Identify educational needs and coordinate in-service training sessions.

    + **Quality Assurance & Compliance**

    + Assist with audits, incident reviews, and performance improvement initiatives.

    + Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including CMS guidelines.

    + Participate in QAPI (Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement) programs.

    + **Resource Management**

    + Coordinate clinical supplies and equipment to support efficient care delivery.

    + Monitor staffing levels and assist with scheduling to maintain coverage and continuity.

    + **Resident & Family Engagement**

    + Act as a liaison between residents, families, and the care team.

    + Address concerns and facilitate communication to enhance satisfaction and trust.

    Qualifications:

    + Current RN license in the State of Michigan (required).

    + Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in long-term care or skilled nursing.

    + Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

    + Strong knowledge of MDS, care planning, and regulatory standards.

    + Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
