Description:
Trinity Health Of New England Medical Group is looking for a **Medical Assistant** to join outpatient **Rheumatology** office located in **Waterbury.**
_What you will do:_
+ Prepare exam/treatment rooms and patients for exams
+ Document patient history, vitals, medications, and serve as a scribe during exams.
+ Manage lab/test results and ensure accurate documentation in patient records.
+ Coordinate patient flow and assist with front office tasks like scheduling and calls
_Minimum Qualifications:_
+ High school diploma or equivalent (required)
+ Minimum 6 months of related experience
+ Associate’s Degree in Medical Assisting (preferred)
+ National Certification as a Medical Assistant (a plus)
