    The LPN in a family practice works under the direction of a physician to provide nursing care to patients in the practice.

     

    Requirements: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing required. Prior clinical practice experience required for this practice. Ability to obtain a valid NY State Practical Nursing License by date of employment required. HealthCare Provider (BLS) certification required within 90 days of hire.
