• What You’ll Do:

+ Evaluate patients and develop personalized care plans

+ Deliver therapy services in the home setting

+ Educate patients and families on daily living activities and adaptive equipment

+ Collaborate with physicians and care teams

+ Supervise COTAs and HHAs to ensure quality care

+ Document progress and adjust plans as needed

• What You’ll Need:

+ Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program

+ Active, unrestricted OT license in your state

+ 1+ year of clinical experience

+ Willingness to travel within your coverage area (up to 50%)

+ Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance

+ Ability to lift 50–100 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment

**Reporting To:** Branch Director, Clinical Manager, or Clinical Supervisor
