    Our client, a prominent organization in property management and maintenance, is seeking a Building Maintenance Tech Part Time to join their team. As a Building Maintenance Tech Part Time, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting the upkeep of various property facilities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Building Maintenance Tech Part Time

    **Location:** Fernandina Beach, FL

     

    Pay Range: $19-$23

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Perform routine maintenance and repairs on exterior and interior property structures

    + Assist with basic HVAC, electrical, and plumbing tasks

    + Help maintain the property's exterior, including painting and pressure washing

    + Support the upkeep of communal areas such as the clubhouse, café, and administrative buildings

    + Ensure all maintenance activities are completed safely and efficiently

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Basic skills in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing work

    + Experience with painting and pressure washing is a plus

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    + Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

    + Reliable and committed to maintaining high standards of work
